- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Long waits and they refer you out to other doctors instead of caring for you themselves in their office. Tenesha the NP is very polite but again she has to follow Dr Patel's orders and refer you out or does nothing. The girls at the desk including Laura is very nice and helpful with getting you all your referrals and tries to help set up appts with specialists or hospital for you.
