- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪First, very rude people working here, Also if you pick up your car the minute they open their door in the morning, they will still charge you storage $50. In addition to charging storage for weekends when they are closed ($50 a day). Basically if you pick your car up 1 business day late, you're charged for 3, quick $150 down the drain. I know Iaa doesn't care at all about their customers and their reviews. This more of a headsup for people that are not familiar with this particular branches rules. You only have 3 days to pick up your car (not including auction day) PICK YOUR CAR UP BY FRIDAY 4;30PM!! MONDAY YOU WILL THROUGH AWAY $150.January 15, 2017by Val Samarsky
